Create an incentive travel experience that would:
- Represent a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience.
- Bring participating sales members together.
- Allow staff members to express themselves in ways outside the ordinary and participate in activities outside the typical holiday.
- Enjoy VIP treatment and informal networking.
- Motivate sales team members to work together towards achieving a common goal. The incentive had to be a talking point.
The winning sales team would be flown into Reno-Tahoe International Airport. From there they would catch private planes to Black Rock City Airport for a four-day festival known as Burning Man, set in the middle of the Nevada desert.
Broken up into two groups, the winning team would stay in VIP trailers in the heart of the festival itself. The groups would each be given official guides to make sure they had access to all the advice and information they need to enjoy what has become one of the most popular destinations in the world.
The winning teams would also enjoy the luxury of a fully-stocked fridge throughout the event and their trailers would come equipped with a bicycle for each guest. Then it would be down to them to enjoy what is guaranteed to be an amazing experience.
