WMG Events Ltd – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with WMG Events Ltd.

By confirming a booking with WMG Events Ltd, whether by written confirmation or payment of an invoice, the client agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings become confirmed upon written confirmation from the client or upon payment of the relevant invoice issued by WMG Events Ltd.

Once confirmed, bookings are considered binding and these Terms & Conditions shall apply to the agreement between the client and WMG Events Ltd.

2. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full by the due date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tickets and hospitality packages remain the property of WMG Events Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation at the discretion of WMG Events Ltd.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.

VAT will be applied at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

4. Cancellation by Client

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

If a client cancels or seeks to reduce a confirmed booking, the client shall remain liable for all costs and financial commitments already incurred or committed to by WMG Events Ltd in connection with the booking, including but not limited to media, venue, production, printing, installation, staffing, hospitality, supplier and third-party costs.

Where applicable to ticketing or hospitality bookings, if a client is unable to attend an event, tickets may be transferred to alternative guests with prior written notice to WMG Events Ltd.

5. Client Materials and Approvals

The client is responsible for supplying all artwork, branding, content and other materials required for the booking in accordance with the specifications and deadlines provided by WMG Events Ltd or the relevant venue, media owner, event organiser or supplier.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials supplied and for obtaining any necessary rights, licences, permissions or approvals relating to their use.

WMG Events Ltd shall not be liable for delays, additional costs, reduced delivery or failure to deliver any element of a booking resulting from late, incorrect, incomplete or non-compliant materials supplied by the client, or from delayed client approvals.

Any additional production, amendment, installation or other costs arising as a result of late changes, replacement materials or changes requested by the client following approval may be charged to the client.

6. Event Changes

WMG Events Ltd shall not be responsible for changes to event schedules, match line-ups, player participation, venue arrangements or other alterations made by the event organiser.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond the control of WMG Events Ltd, the company will use reasonable efforts to obtain refunds, credits or alternative arrangements from the event organiser or supplier.

Any refunds or credits provided to clients will be limited to the amounts received by WMG Events Ltd from the relevant supplier or organiser.

8. Ticketing and Event Conditions

Clients agree to comply with all ticketing terms, venue regulations and security procedures imposed by the event organiser.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, competitions or sweepstakes without prior written consent from the event organiser.

9. Third-Party Venue and Operational Requirements

Certain services supplied by WMG Events Ltd are delivered via third-party venue operators, landlords, media owners, event organisers, suppliers and contractors.

Clients agree to comply with any reasonable operational requirements, artwork specifications, installation requirements, health and safety procedures, insurance requirements, access restrictions and venue regulations imposed by such third parties where relevant to the delivery of the booking.

WMG Events Ltd shall not be liable for delays, restrictions, approvals, operational requirements or changes imposed by any third-party venue operator, landlord, media owner, event organiser, supplier or contractor that are outside of its reasonable control.

10. Liability

WMG Events Ltd acts as an intermediary in sourcing hospitality, ticketing, media, branding, activation and other event-related services.

WMG Events Ltd shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting the event, including actions taken by event organisers, venue operators or third-party suppliers.

11. Force Majeure

WMG Events Ltd shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or the cancellation or postponement of events by organisers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
